We had seen flyers for Vinicius in the neighborhood for several years and when it came time to sell our house, we met with Vinicius to see if he could handle our needs. He listened to our requests and outlined several possible paths – amounts of work to be done to the house, the cost and anticipated return and timeline. We chose to do some of the work ourselves, and the remainder of improvements were completed after our contents were removed and house vacated. He organized home inspections, brought in a contractor and kept the schedule. The improvements ended up costing about $1500 more than the initial estimates due to additional work. In hindsight, I wished I had received a revised estimate, but the end product did look really nice! Once the improvements were done, he staged the home (at no cost to us) and held several open houses before we took offers. We were happy with the sale price. Since we moved out of state, Vinicius took care of closing primarily through electronic documents and a few phone calls. Overall, the sale went quite smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with Vinicius.
