Vinicius was everything we wanted in an agent (TRUST, PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY HONESTY). A lifetime resident of Santa Clara was a must. His professional demeanor and knowledge of the Santa Clara market was second to none. He doesn’t have a that typical, “Realtor demeanor”. When my wife and I sat down to interview to him we knew we wanted an agent that had proven their worth in Santa Clara, and the knowledge to back it up.

Vinicius and his team were a perfect fit. Vinicius has a great support team (this TEAM of individuals deserves an Honorable mention) that helped him a sell our home. We sat down with Vinicius on a Tuesday and told him we wanted to put our house on the market ASAP, Without batting an eye Vinícius was in complete agreement. Vinicius had current comps and showed my wife and I how valuable our house would be in the current market. We planned the date to place it on the market and a price to start at. Vinicius calmly assured me our home that showed like a model. We would get more than we were asking for our home. We finalized discussion on how the schedule would work with staging, photos and videos all completed in two days. Well, it was that simple Thursday that same week (48 hours later) our house was on the market. Vinicius remained in constant contact either email, text messages or over the phone keeping us completely informed the entire time.

After all was said and done. We got $375,000 over our asking within 3 days, and everything went exactly as planned all the way to the close date.

We can now move on with our new life in another home in another state. I completely believe that if you don’t work with Vinicius you are making a huge mistake. At the very least, give him a call and you will experience the difference yourself.
