He can act as hands on or hands off as you need. During the beginning of the process, he was hands on and very patient. He taught me a lot about the real estate market as a whole and what to look for in a house. When I became more knowledgeable, he was more hands off which was a good arrangement. During the offer process, he was able to advise on what price to bid, and was very helpful during negotiation.

Though he was my buyer agent, I have no doubt as a seller agent he would be able to perform similarly in your best interest. I will definitely be working with Vinicius in the future.
