Sterling Place is a one-of-a-kind development of modern homes built in the early 1990s. The location is at the intersection of Cabrillo Avenue and Calabazas Street. In fact, the Sterling Place development is built directly on the former Village Green Shopping Center site. The homes’ exteriors are cape cod-style, but the interiors are very contemporary and feel bright and modern. Each house is detached and has a 2-car garage as well as a private patio. Some Calabasas homes have full driveways where you can park your car. It is important to note that the homes in the Sterling Place Development are part of a planned unit development (PUD). Furthermore, the location is very convenient for walking to schools and is close to El Camino, the Lawrence Expressway, Cal Train stops, and a number of shopping centers such as Montecito and Costco.
