We purchased a home in Santa Clara two years ago and did a lot of renovations. We are real estate junkies who enjoy going to open houses in our neighborhood to see how people are upgrading their homes and to see how prices are increasing. He let her know we wanted this place and handled negotiations with my husband and me while I was on a business trip in Germany. We beat out 11 offers. Now, Vin’s crew of professionals is putting the finishing touches on a new kitchen, upgraded bath, electrical, central AC and hardwood floors in our new kitchen. Vin is awesome and is the best realtor in Silicon Valley. I would recommend him to anyone. While he is the “Santa Clara Real Estate Guy,” his knowledge of the area, especially Willow Glen, is a real plus. If you are planning to buy and/or sell, meet with Vin. You will be glad you did!
