As expected inventory continues to drop. This is typical for our real estate cycle. Inventory increases in the Spring tops out in the Summer and starts to drop in the Fall. For the remainder of the year, we can expect the market to be very tight and prices to hold up. For sellers this great news. Plan on your renovations and list your home anytime and you will be sure to get a great price for the remainder of 2017. Buyers, understand that things will be very competitive. The nicer the home the more competition and as we move into the winter the homes that are listed will not be as polished.
